What happens after you order
Once you have selected the reviews and placed the order, we check each review against Google's review policies and report it through the official channels. You get an order confirmation with a link that shows the status of every review at any time.
Google confirms most removals within 24 hours. More complex cases take longer because Google reviews them more than once. Our success rate is 92% (305 of 331 resolved cases, as of July 2026).
Which reviews can be removed
We work exclusively with Google Maps and exclusively for businesses based in Germany. A review can be removed when it breaches Google's policies: fake reviews with no actual customer contact, reviews meant for a different business, insults, spam, conflicts of interest, or reviews with no bearing on your service at all.
A factual negative review from a real customer, on the other hand, is legitimate opinion and will usually stay. We tell you that before you order rather than taking on a case that cannot succeed.
Pricing and billing
A removed review costs EUR 15 net. There is no base fee, no analysis fee and no minimum term. When paying by card, the amount is only authorized when you place the order. It is charged once Google has actually removed a review, and only for the reviews that were removed. If a review stays up, you pay nothing for it.
You receive a proper invoice by email. Because 5Sterne.net LLC is a US company, no VAT is charged to EU business customers; the reverse-charge procedure applies. The details are in § 6 of our terms, the money-back guarantee in § 5.
